I have some questions about bulking. My training log is linked in this post. Height is 6 feet 1 inches/185 cm and bw is around 85-86 kg currently. Waist circumference is not a problem, it is 31.5 inches.

How slow should “lean bulk” be? I have tried to bulk but my morning weight has stayed the same for 2 months. As a former skinny guy, my metabolism is very fast. I already feel like I am eating enough, I don’t gain weight accidentally.

Would gomad-type diet work with fat-free milk? It is less calories but it is still high in protein. I have never really liked milk but I can tolerate fat-free milk better.

Do you think bulking is that beneficial for people who are not underweight? My goals are both strengh and aesthetics and I am not trying to become a compentive powerlifter. I would like to bulk to at least 90 kg, 95 kg is probably max. But I can still get stronger at this bw. Does that mean I can gain muscle while maintaining bw?
