My ohp sucks

Hey. (Im the guy from ig) my ohp just doesnt go up no matter what I do.
im 5’11" 165lbs, I squat 325x5, dl 370x5 , incline bench 195x5 and ohp 135x5 with an rpe of like 15/10.
My ohp doesnt go up no matter what I do.
I was running madcow, increased the volume for the ohp for about 50% for more than a month and it didnt even go up by 5lbs.
Im now running a RPT based program with even more volume in the OHP and still it doesnt go up whilst all my other lifts are going great.
I can only train 3 times a week due to very tight schedule, what can I do to fix this? I really want to get to a 185x5 ohp.

I would recommend gaining weight slowly and pressing more. I don’t like Madcow as a program, but instead would recommend doing the (free) Bridge 1.0, but replace all benching with a press variation. Alternatively, you can do our 12 week Press template.

What do you think about both pressing and benching every workout on the bridge? Would it be better to focus more on each lift in different phases as opposed to always training both?

I don’t think I would dedicate the time to benching if I was super focused on getting my press up.

I don’t think that training both to a high degree is really possible.
