I plan to start HLM on Monday. I have a question on the Myoreps. Would I perform all the work on one side then switch or, do activation set on right side, switch and do left side then switch back and forth doing the sets of 3-5 using say the work performed on one side as the rest for the non-working side? Also, when starting a new program the conditioning drops back down to 20min for LSS, 12min HIIT, 6mins for upper back/trunk, and 3 sets for arms. I have just finished The Bridge 3.0 where I was doing 30min LSS, 20min HIIT, 8min upper back/trunk work and 5 sets for arms. Should I drop back down and build back up or just keep it as is - Thanks!
