Hi guys,
When doing myoreps for Lever rows (or DB rows, I’m guessing these are reasonably interchangeable if you have the equipment?), would you do one side at a time, or just alternate as you go? So, would you do, for example, Right Side 15-5-4-3 then Left Side 15-5-4-3? Or would you do Right 15, Left 15, Right 5, Left 5, Right 4, Left 4, Right 3, Left 3? I’m just thinking that you would get more than 20secs of rest doing that alternate side activation set. Do you have a preference, or does it not really matter?

I would do the activation set on both sides, then the back offs.
Back offs alternating arm or one at a time?
To be crystal clear- I do not do one arm at a time for either the activation or the back off sets. Rather, I do my R side activation set, then with no rest, my L side activation set. Then with no rest, my R side back off, then my L side back off and repeat as needed.
