Hello Doctors and peoples of the interwebs ;),
I’ve been lifting for about 8 years and have never done myoreps before.
They are programmed in the hypertrophy template and time crunch template, both of which I have planned out next training cycle
Doing myoreps for rows seems hard, but doing them for squats seems brutal.
I have my garage gym with a SSB bar, but no leg press.
Does anyone have experience with this? Should I expect massive amounts of lower back fatigue?
Any advice or tips outside starting with the right amount of weight?
