Lever Row question

Ok, so I’ve watched the YouTube video of Jordan doing the Lever Row.
In the 4 day hypertrophy template, it mentions doing them as an option for myoreps.

I can’t seem to think of a way to ask a succinct question so excuse the rambling.
If you always do them all on with your right arm (for example), you’d get crazy imbalanced, I assume. So what is the recommendation? Do them with one arm one day, and the next time they come up, switch arms? Or do the activation with one arm, then the other, and then alternate for the myoreps? Maybe it’s obvious to everyone else, but I’d like to hear it from the horse’s mouth, as it were.
Not that I’m calling you a horse. :p

… do them on both arms.

:frowning: Still looking for more specifics. Activation on both arms, and then alternate? Or to failure on one arm, and then the other, each session? Anyone?

It would not be possible to follow the instructions of myoreps if you alternated. You would have to do them one arm at a time.

Do your weakest side first and than do the same reps with your stronger side. That’s how I do it. I like to think that it keeps things balanced that way.

You’re REALLY overthinking this lol.

do the prescription with one arm, then…

do it again with the other.

I actually did them alternated. It was not obvious at all how to do them. Good question.

Is there an alternative for this exercise?

Interestingly Jordan prefers to alternate:
