how to enter Lever Row on spreadsheet (powerbuilding template)?

Lever Row is single-arm (per the template’s demo clip).

On the spreadsheet, should I enter the total sets over both arms for that day? (entering more sets)

Or, making sure to always work both arms identically, should I enter the sets for one arm? (entering fewer sets)

Each set is for both arms, so 1 set of 10 reps would be 10 reps on each side. Each side should be worked the same.

Oh… do each set on both arms, before moving to next set.

One-arm rows are usually like that but, for some reason, this time I’d gotten into doing all sets on one arm, then all sets on the other. D’oh!
