Updated power building 1 - 2 Myo Reps

Day 2 of weeks 3-5 states 2 Myo Reps on one arm lever rows.

Am I right in thinking this: 1. RIGHT ARM - activation set, followed by sets of 3-5
2. LEFT ARM - activation set, followed by sets of 3-5
3. RIGHT ARM AGAIN (dropping weight if needed) - activation set, followed by sets of 3-5
4. LEFT ARM AGAIN (dropping weight if needed) - activation set, followed by sets of 3-5 Thanks

I’d do both sides together, e.g. activation set R and L arm, then sets of 3-5 back-to-back until failure. Then repeat the process for a 2nd myorep.

I chose to do the 1-arm Rows under the assumption a dumbbell was to be used. If we do both arms simultaneously for the activation set, wouldn’t a barbell be much better? Then you would switch to the dumbbells for the 3-5 rep sets; or is this not what you had in mind?
