Powerbuilding 2 2 myoreps?

Completely missed when it went up to 2 myo-reps. I am in week 5 now so I only have one of these left. I am a bit curious about this though. I am really spent after 1 set of myoreps. My first is usually 1 or 2 sets of 5 then 4, and 3. Should I try the same weight a second time or drop weight some for the second set of myoreps? While I just have one more of these left, I plan to run it again so I will look for when it changes from 1 to 2. I am just kind of Luke telling Yoda you ask the impossible when I think about a second set of myoreps. :slight_smile: Maybe if I rest long enough it could work though.

For the second myorep, I would rest 2-3 minutes and then do the next activation set. I’d bet you get a pretty good number of reps :slight_smile: If you’re not getting > 10 reps, I’d lower the weight next time around.
