Needle trauma - what do?

Recently, I gave a blood donation(plasma).
It ended after 40 mins.
After the session, I felt numbness on my left arm.(maybe ulnar nerve) + My left arm, (inner+middle nerve- median nerve? I dont know.) felt pinched when I bend arm fully.
I didn’t work out for 6 months.
But I wanna do work out, again.
How can I get back to training? Any training modification do I need?

I want to do “returning to the gym” program then, BBM bodybuilding program.

If I should cut ROM or cant tolerate certain movement(or certain load), program should vary?

I know my English is so horrible.
But, Ive been blue for a week. I need your help.
I got diagnosed by hospital. Simple arm fuction test got ok. But still, Im terrified if I do something like a bench, my left arm would give out suddenly.
Sorry for disrupting you guys. But any input would be appreciated.
:frowning:

To be clear: this happened 6 months ago, and you haven’t trained since then?

I guess I lost my password.

No, sir.
The incident happened 2 weeks ago.
It feels like My left arm weaken.
I got another test in hospital, a week ago.
The test was like some electric patches on my arm,
then my arm, and my hand bounced as she said, “It will be tingly”.
I don’t remember name of “the test”, but It seems it wasn’t “Electroneurography”.
Because It was done less then 30 mins.
Most of tingly feelings gone.
Still, When I bend my left arm completely, My “inner-middle elbow nerve” feels like “squeezing”.

And I haven’t work out for 6 months, yes.

So, I haven’t work out for 6 months, and needle incident happened 2 weeks ago.
Gym opened a month ago, again.
How can I get back to the train. I love the upper body work, too. :frowning:

I would plan to train normally, and only modify things as-needed if symptoms are interfering/intolerable.
