Are these Blocks have the same structure e.g. Full Body, or is one of them a Body Part Split?

The are both full body, where block 2 can be run right after block 1. The two can also be split up for a strength athlete using this as an offseason program.
I also have a question about the new Hypertrophy 1 template if I can add it here: Noting on the new version of the template has less in the way of isolation exercises - on the first template there were chest and shoulder flyes, more dedicated arm work. How come these are scaled back in this newer template? I enjoyed that aspect of the first template and would like to carry on incorporating those isolation exercises. I intend to just borrow the programming of those movements from the Gen 1 version and overlaying them into Gen 2 - sound reasonable?
The new template actually has more isolation exercises (especially arm work), but less slots for chest/push compared to the first version, and more for the back/pull. I’d strongly encourage you to run the template as it is the first time around, though I wouldn’t be offended if you did some flyes, but the arm work training load is far higher than Gen 1. I would not change that.
Thanks Jordan, yup - I got wires crossed for the arm work on the hypertrophy template when compared to the body building template, my bad. Noted on your other points about running program as written first, cheers!
