Start Hypertrophy Gen2 Block2 after completing Gen1 Hypertrophy?

Hey Folks,

I am finishing up the 10 week Gen1 version of Hypertrophy I. I want to continue with the Hypertrophy templates, and I am wondering if I should start with block 2 of Hypertrophy Gen 2 or is it recommended to start with Block 1 of the template?

The Gen 1 template has done wonders for me - I have lost weight, inches, and seen gains in endurance and strength. I am looking forward to trying the Gen2!

I’d plan on starting with block 1 of of Hypertrophy 1, 2nd Generation. Should suit you just fine. Let me know how you do!
