new user template question

Where does one right down the GPP work they have done on a given week. I am learning to use a BBM template. On the beginner template after day 3, week 1 there is in the GPP box. It does not look like I am able to use the boxes to record the steady state or interval training I did without deleting something.

This may seem like something I might just remember but unfortunately I know I will sometimes forget.

We don’t have a logging section dedicated to GPP for the Beginner Template. Many of our newer templates and the app (in beta now) does. I would write your GPP in one of the supplemental lifts’ notes sections in this case.
