Hi BBM team did a mock meet at my gym and rather than bench we did squat,OHP and deadlift now my question is why is my bench so considerably stronger than my ohp is it that I’m just weak at the movement or other factors e.g flexibility? As my bench max in a meet in the uk was 155kg at 83kg BW but my ohp max is 80kg ? But can barely rep 60kg on ohp for 6 now I know you offer a press template but just wanted to know if there could be other factors limiting me ?
