Osteopenia

Hi Coaches,
Firstly let me say thank you for the help and resources.
My 59th year ends this August, I became officially menopausal January 30 2019; have been active since I was 24, doing some form of weight training since 2006?

My question is about Osteopenia with which I’ve just been diagnosed – Tscores: Spine .7, Neck -1.7, Left Hip -.8
Can bone loss be mitigated by beginning supplementation with calcium/vitamin D? And also I should keep training with weights, correct? Thanks for your time.

In some situations (especially when deficient), bone loss can be mitigated by supplementation. Hard to say for sure in your specific case without knowing much more.

Yes, you should continue strength training for your bone (and general) health.
