For overload squat i see there are a few options in order of preference. Firstly, is this your guys’ subjective preference or is the movement just better? Secondly, how big of a difference will it likekly make? I enjoy high bar squats more than banded squats and can probably rate the rpe better so should i pick it over banded squats becaause i can easily do those too.

They’re listed in order of preference based on the intent of the training slot and our experience. That said, I wouldn’t bet that squats + bands work better than HBBS (or vice versa) for increasing strength. I do think that doing more of the same thing you’ve already done a lot of is probably not the best move for supplemental lifts. You may consider experimenting this block and see how it goes
