Pain in biceps after heavy squats

My biceps hurt like a mother after heavy squats. Anything I can do to get the pain to go away?

I had the same issue flare up a couple months ago - the pain hurt very bad after and lasted days it was impacting my bench as well. What helped me was going to a thumb over the bar grip. This method allows my wrist to be more straight/neutral and not bent backwards in hyper extension during squats… which for me as weights got heavier with my original grip it seemed I was carrying some of the load on my arms during LB squat… not on my back 100%, thus driving force into my arms… My wingspan is 2 inches longer than my height, maybe why… since I went to thumb over and keeping my wrist “straight” the pain went away after ~10 days.
