PB1 Week 6 Question

For the first 5 weeks of PB1 I’m doing incline bench and then OHP on day 3. Starting week 6 it switches to 2 count paused bench and dumbbell incline press. I’m just curious what the difference between incline bench and incline press is, other than the fact that it calls for dumbbells.

Incline bench and incline press are the same exercise, though with dumbbells there is an element of unilateral work.
