Hey guys, about to start PB3. I have seen better results in squat and deadlift with higher intensities (rpe 8-9) in programs like pb1 and strength 1, where my bench has benefitted from lower intensity work (<rpe8). Could it be a smart idea to raise the rpe 7 work on main squat and deadlift to rpe 8?
I don’t think so in the first block, as the volume and frequency here are higher in PB3 than your previous templates. I think the programming later on in the template will suit your higher intensity preferences. We likely share this preference and that probably bled over into my program design here
