I’ve noticed that for whatever reason, my right pec is smaller than my left pec. I have no idea why, since I’m right handed.
What is the best way to improve this? Is it even possible to improve? I should be clear and state that I don’t feel this is a functional limitation. My right pec may be a bit weaker but nothing extremely noticeable. I am looking at this from a purely aesthetic/symmetry point of view.
I don’t know that there’s a “best” way. I’d just try to train it more and see what happens. Benching and pressing with barbells, dumbbells, machines, bilateral and unilateral, etc.
Thanks for the feedback Austin. I’m currently running back through the Powerbuilding I template and doing the barbell benching as outlined there. Would it be more preferred to add some accessory unilateral dumbbell work on either training or off days?
