Hey doc,
Just finished a strength block and now focused on volume and weight loss. I plan on re running the 4 day hyper for the 3rd time on a slightly larger caloric deficit than 11.43 x BW, usually I run the 4 day hyper on Recomp cal.
Would you recommend bumping the 6’s to 8’s and 8’s to 10’s to ramp up the weight loss? I would purchase the Hyper II but since I am in college, I am conserving funds to purchase PL I after this volume block.
