My rack at the gym doing not have to ability to have spotter arms outside of the rack and I am too tall to do pin presses inside the rack (i am 6’4")

What other variations are you training during the week? You could simply add some beltess touch and go (pause at the top) pressing in. You could also do press with a pause at the same spot the arms would be, or just a lower ROM press where you train the ROM that you would with pins, only without pins. If it’s a development week you could also do some close grip incline, or close grip flat bench.
