Substitute for pin presses?

Hey all,

My gym doesn’t have pins on the outside of the squat rack that I can use for presses, and I’m too tall to do presses inside of a rack (my reach is higher than the top of the rack). Does anybody have any ideas for acceptable substitutes for pin press?

Reduced ROM press, where you stop the lift where the pins would be if you had them.

Would seated pin press be appropriate?

Sure, that would work.

You could also try 2-count paused presses. Start at the bottom as usual and press to forehead level, pausing for a count of 2, before finishing the movement.

Processed meat includes meat that manufacturers have either: dried smoked fermented canned otherwise processed and preserved Examples of processed meats include bacon, jerky, hot dogs, salami, and ham. These types of meat are often high in salt and low in nutrients. They also tend to be calorie-dense compared with lean protein sources, such as poultry, fish, and beans.
