Last Night I tried to do Day 4 of week 5 Wich included the 2 board Press I tried pressing 225 my 1 Rep Max
Pin bench is a fine substitute.
I understand that paused/spoto and pin variations are beneficial for developing isometric and concentric strength, respectively. But, is there really any difference you expect in adaptations between a board press, floor press and pin bench press for the same ROMs? Or are they highly interchangeable and just look different?

I recently encountered this situation as well and what I found worked for me was putting 2 2x4s under a sweatshirt.
I used a foam yoga block. I’m not sure how links are treated here but you can google - foam yoga block board press reddit - for instructions. The block costs about $5.
