Alternative to Floor Press 12 Week Strength

Hey all,

I’m on my second run of the 12 week strength template - got awesome results the first go around! My one question as I approach the second developmental block, is can I replace floor press with a different bench alternative (ie banded/chain)? I tend to get wrist discomfort/pain from floor pressing. Would this still be effective in the overall plan of the 12 weeks?

I would try board pressing or a mid-level pin press first before moving on to different variations.
