I was perusing the Peaking Template and saw that pin bench was part of the programming. Due to constraints in equipment, I am not able to perform pin benches.
Shall I do a 3ct Paused Bench or a 2ct Paused Bench in its place? What are some suitable options?
Hi, sorry for the late addition to this thread. would you consider spoto press to be more equivalent to pin bench than a paused bench? it seem like pin presses/spoto presses have a more similar range of motion (less) than a paused bench.
I personally, if i didnt have access to all that use a neck pad and use that to “pause” on your chest whilst doing the movement. But you seem to have the right idea.
