Any suggestions on press movement substitutions for making the peaking templates appropriate for overhead press priority? I an using the Press Template once again, this time to train for the ussf nationals, but want to try an advanced/fast peak this time.
Something like this should work:
Sub C-B for C-P (obviously).
Pin bench → Pin Press (can set pins anywhere from shoulder height to just above forehead height)
Close-grip bench → Close-grip Incline Bench
2ct paused bench → 2ct paused press @ forehead
