I have a few weeks between the end of the 12 week press template and when life is going to send my training schedule into chaos for a month or so. (Welcoming our daughter late November). Would it be wise to run one of the peaking templates right after the 12 week press or say after a week of lighter loads? Based on reading the page I think I would fall into the advanced - fast peak category. Once everything settles down I plan on going into the hypertrophy template.
I would do the hypertrophy template right after the 12 WP, mainly because you’re ripe for some volume and movement variation rather than continuing the peak most likely.
