First off, thanks for the great training templates. I am a 210 lb male standing at 5’11". I have been training for about 2 1/2 years. My current PR’s are 435lb squat / 310 lb bench / 530 lb deadlift.
I just started the 7 week Hypertrophy (4 day), and I plan to run the 12 week Strength afterwards. However, I am planning to compete in a PL meet in March (22 weeks away). This leaves me with 3 weeks extra between the Hypertrophy template and 12 week Strength template. I am looking for some advice on what to do with this time. Should I peak during this time (maybe with the new peaking template) and re-peak after 12 weeks? Or should I just repeat a few weeks of the Hypertrophy template? Any other suggestions?
