Jordan I was wondering if you have a rough guideline of healthy foods one should consume in a day? I know you don’t like to make general dietary advice, and that it’s highly individual. The last youtube live stream you mentioned 6-8 servings of vegetables a day and I have no idea how I could pack that into 5 meals a day.
I don’t know that there are “healthy” foods without comparing them to something and having specific context.
For 6-8 servings of vegetables a day, pick 3-4 vegetables you like and eat 2 servings of each in a meal.
I thought this might be the case. So basically I need to worry
about macros, fiber and calories? Will you ever come out with a food/diet plan?
