I’m feeling a shit loads of everyday pain on both soles of my feets. Its worse on my heels.
I work standing/walking 8 hours a day and ofc squat 2-3 times a week.
Only advice to it that I find is to stretch every muscle in my legs. And it does not help.
Ibuprofein does not help.
Well I dont for sure… Basic google doc. But I visited doc whos idea was bad shoes and physiotheraphist but she never got back to me with it. I have bought good pair of working shoes and soft insoles(?)
I have had this for over a year now and it started when I started standing and walking at work for most of the day.
