Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer these questions. My apologies if this has been addressed before. In the Bridge v2.0, it notes that for those proficient with them, power cleans are viable in place of Pendlay rows. Is there a certain set/rep/loading scheme you’d like to see if this is the exercise we choose to go with?

Something like 6-8 sets of doubles @ ~8 would work.
