Thanks for the post. You can continue to do the ramp up sets if you prefer them. For exercise 2 on day 2, pin squat or box squats would be fine. Finally, if you can do more than ~10 pull ups unbroken, I think they can be used in the GPP upper back work. Less than that, I start to worry about the relatively high fatigue costs for low volume being completed, with other options like being better suited to the application. For those wanting to work on their pull-ups, I think it’s fine to keep them in even if proficiency isn’t quite there yet.
Basically thats what I will do on the gpp days on programmed AMRAPS Pull up variations. The additional pull up work I was referring to will be 3-4 max rep sets for testing progress and adding pullup volume is it okay like that. Also Im going a little bit offtopic but i keep forgetting to ask are you guys going to release any online courses like programming/exercise selection/rehabilitation and anything training related Im definitely buying it if you do
