I know long term it probably doesn’t matter which I choose, but short term results are motivational.
I am finishing up the Beginner template and have noted that I was more responsive to Phase II than Phase III. Given that, would Powerbuilding I or Strength I seem to fit better?
Also, I’m hoping to run the template 2-3 times if I am getting gains (while possibly switching up the selected exercises).
If it’s a toss up, I’ll go with Strength I because it’s a longer template. Nothing scientific there.
