Powerbuilding I or Strength I

I know long term it probably doesn’t matter which I choose, but short term results are motivational.

I am finishing up the Beginner template and have noted that I was more responsive to Phase II than Phase III. Given that, would Powerbuilding I or Strength I seem to fit better?

Also, I’m hoping to run the template 2-3 times if I am getting gains (while possibly switching up the selected exercises).

If it’s a toss up, I’ll go with Strength I because it’s a longer template. Nothing scientific there.

Hey Ken,

Glad to hear you’re doing well on the beginner template. I think we’d expect most folks to be more responsive to training they encounter earlier in their career in general, but it’s also possible the prescription just fit you better.

In any event, Powerbuilding I or Strength I would both be good choices and I don’t know that I have a firm feeling either way on this. Pick what you like :slight_smile:
