Hi there, I’m finally starting to get into powerlifting again after a long stretch of basically bodybuilding training. I have the Powerbuilding III program and was wondering if I can do a slight change on the days I train. Instead of the training days being Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, can I do Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun? Essentially just adding 1 day of rest in between day 1 and 2.
This is my current schedule so I’d prefer to keep it this way. Sorry if this is a silly question but I was curious. Thank you for your time!
