help pick new template

Finishing Powerbuilding III this week, thrived and loved it. Would run it again but for the next few months I will be limited to 45m workouts max 6/7 days of the week. So only one day with unconstrained gym time. Any template suggestions to run next.
Extra info… lifting heavy for years. Male 5’8" bmi 25. Enjoy power lifting, Olympic lifting, and low reps. Won’t have access to olift stuff the next couple of months. No specific training goals doing it for health and fun.

I’d either do the time crunch template or split PB III up over 6 to 7 days to fit your schedule. I’d probably opt towards the latter if you liked the template before.
