Powerlifting 2 Slot Question

Hello,

I am running PL 2 - which has been so far the best template for me yet - and I am lucky enough to have purchased enough gear to continue to run it at home minus a leg press.

I am coming to a period of the program where it is either Leg Press or RDL on Day 4. I feel I need more quad work and would go with leg press if I could, but with gym closed I am unable.

my question is - would something like split squats or another squat variation doable with a barbell (if so which is preferred? - I don’t have any specialty bars or anything), or should I just go with RDLs here?

I’d probably do split squats if you don’t want to RDL. Glad you can continue to train!

Okay thanks for the advice - that was my initial thought too. I am legitimately thankful to be able to do so as I see so many that are more limited in it than myself.

i am also thankful for PL 2 as my bench has finally gotten moving with 4 days - the frequency increase really makes a difference so far with me on bench!
