Are there any health benefits to performing pranayama/breathing exercises?
A cursory search does suggest some psychological and perhaps physiological benefits, but unfortunately this isn’t something we’ve looked into in great detail.
Thanks for the response. If there any any cardiovascular/respiratory benefits I wonder how they compare to doing regular cardio.
