Just had a questions regarding eating time and pre workout shakes. If its not within the 3-5 hr window and i will be eating a meal eithin an hour of training, should i still have the pre workout shake?
I’m not sure what you’re asking me. There are no unique benefits to having a pre workout protein shake if you’re otherwise eating enough protein. You shouldn’t eat more frequently than every 3-5 hours and you should try not to eat less than that either.
