Hello,
I’m 6’, 205 pounds and currently going through LP. All the lifts are going up as planned except I just got 4 reps on the last set of presses at 135 pounds. I finished the prior 2 sets but they felt really heavy. My question is, do I start going to 2.5 pound jumps on the press or gain a little more weight? At my height, what would be a good final body weight at the end of LP?
The rest of the lifts are:
Squat: 235 - 5 pound jumps, no stalls.
Deadlift: 295 - 10 pound jumps, no stalls.
Bench: 200 - 5 pound jumps, no stalls.
