I’m going to be training very early in the morn (<1 hour after waking up) for the next few months. Is there a minimum protein and carbs I need to be getting to avoid the drawbacks of fasted training?
For example, if I have 20 oz of fairlife (32.5 protein and 15g carbs, will this be substantially better than nothing, or would you rather I push carbs higher? 185# at the moment
