Professor Nutz Peanut Butter with only 28 Calorie

Came across Professor Nutz Peanut Butter, which claims to reduce calorie intake by blocking fat digestion with cyclodextrins and added fiber. Supposedly, two tablespoons have just 28 calories and 7g of protein.

Could you provide any insights into the scientific validity of these claims? They posted the following link to a study in their website

This is 100% marketing hype and they are not blocking fat absorption to any significant degree.

The study linked claimed that folks eating 3 servings of this peanut butter per day plus their normal diet didn’t gain fat compared to those whereas those who consumed regular peanut butter did over 2 weeks. There was no significant change in body weight in 2 weeks. Sleeze balls.
