Program troubleshooting

Hi all, I have a question on programming. I have 4 days a week that I train for powerlifting.
All 4 days I benchpress, 3 days I front and back squat with 1 day that I only focus on front squat and bench. And I deadlift for 2 of those days. Since I find that to be the exercise that really fries my cns. I have accessory movements to go with the big 3. But I’d like to increase my benchpress I initially thought more frequency and that seems to have been working but I’d like some thoughts from people more experienced than myself. Thanks.

There’s nowhere near enough information here for us to give any sort of recommendations.

Based on that info, I could only suggest: try something different? The BBM 12-week strength program has a high volume of bench & bench accessory work; you could try that and see if works for you.

If your priority is to increase your bench, and what you are doing is working, why change?
