Hey Doctors!

I completed Alan Thrall’s 12 week untamed method before Christmas before taking a 2 week break and I’ve now begun following your 12 week strength template. Unfortunately I’ve just learned that the meet I’m planning on competing in has had it’s date moved back.

Basically I’m 1 week into a 13 week program. My meet is in 10.5 weeks. What should I change on the template to accomodate this new time constraint? Which weeks would be the most appropriate to skip?

I would skip week 2 and the 1st deload week after finishing week 1.
