Was wondering if the 12 week strength program could be reduced as my next competition is in 10 weeks however I will not be able to complete two of the weeks of the strength program due to exams and increased work commitments. However I will be able to complete the program as prescribed for the 10 weeks into my meet. Was thinking maybe skip the low stress weeks? What are the recommendations to tweak the program to be a bit shorter? Or am I better suited with another template?

Hello and welcome! You can indeed shorten the template for your meet prep. If the dates line up, taking out weeks 1 and 2 would be a quick solution for you.
Hi there,
I have a similar question. I am just finishing week 6 of 12WS and realize that there are only 6 weeks until my meet. However, there are 7 weeks left in the template due to that final peaking week. In that case, which week should I drop. I was thinking of dropping week 8 since it’s the same as week 7. I have been running 12WS as 3 days using the guidance I found on this forum (i.e. first two movements of Day 3, replace the third with the first movement of Day 4). Really enjoying the template!
