Meet prep with a 3 week extras

I plan on finishing a 12 week cycle in a week. I want to sign up for my first PL meet but its 15 weeks out. Does anyone have any recommendations on modifications to the 12 WS template I can make to handle the 3 extra weeks? I was thinking of adding 1 extra low stress weak at the beginning of the template and 2 extra week 4’s in the development block.

You could do that. If you have the hypertrophy template, I’d probably run that for 3 weeks then do the 12 week strength though.

Yeah that makes sense. I just took a closer look at the V2.0 of 12 WS and one thing I just noticed is that the last 3 weeks of Sports Form and Realization is gone is and replaced with week 13 simply as test week. So actually I think I can run v2 as is up to week 12 and then run one of the new 3 week peaking templates… unless the peaking template is actually supposed to be a drop in for weeks 11-13…

EDIT: Just decided to run Week 1-3 of Hypertrophy. Then weeks 2-13 of 12 WS v2.0 as the peaking template is essentially weeks 11-13 as mentioned
