Programming Question

Hello Doctors, just a quick and easy question from me today.

I am currently on week 10 (Day 4) of the low intra set fatigue template.

I am moving countries on the 19th of Feb, which would take me to the end of week 12 in the template. I’ll then have to spend a minimum of 1 week without a gym.

The next two weeks see a drop in volume with a rise in intensity, before hitting a low stress week in week 13, and I am curious if it is recommended to continue as written, or simply repeat week 10 two more times as I’m headed into a forced deload.

In the new country I am looking at starting a new training cycle as opposed to peaking with the final phase of the template.

On a side note, the low fatigue template has been a very good experience, at least compared to Strength 3. I found the accompanying text useful towards my training for instance, around exercise variation and understand more about the fatigue reward trade-off.

I would keep running the template as written until you don’t have access to the gym rather than repeating week 10 for two more weeks. Happy to hear you’ve enjoyed the template!
