I just bought the low fatigue template after following you guys for a long time - your views and philosophies on training make sense and have really peaked my interest. I just had a couple questions on the program:
- This one is from the ebook:
“If you have no desire to test your 1RMs after running the program, feel free to repeat week 12 as long as you’re getting results and enjoying the program.”
So if I don’t want to test my 1RM after I’ve completed week 12, does that mean I should just start from week 1 again? I don’t have a huge desire to test my 1RM, so would I be able to run week 1-12 of the program indefinitely as long as I’m enjoying it?
- I know it’s stated that the 3 day and 4 day versions of the program should be picked according to user preference and scheduling, but effectively is there any difference between the two in terms of volume and results? Or is the 4 day version of the program just the 3 day program but with volume distributed amongst another day?
