Forced 10 days off, LFS Template modification

Hey guys,

I’m on week 4 of the (3 Day low ISF) Low Fatique Strength Template and will be moving overseas in 6 weeks. At that point I will be in a forced quarantine for 10 days, then have to find an apartment, etc. I expect to miss a minimum of 14 days of training. I’ll do whatever I can in my hotel room (hotel gyms closed at quarantine facility).

my question is… I’m recovering well and see no functional need for a de-load. Should I skip week 7 since I’m about to be forced to do a MAJOR deload, repeat week 6 until I leave if I’m still making progress? or go ahead and do the deload? Is there any specific modification you would make to the template to avoid too much loss of strength and work capacity before I have to take the time off?

much of this question stems from the podcast recently as you’ve discussed the deload and how you don’t take them unless you need them.

I would not do a deload before this layoff if you are feeling and performing well.
