Protein source

Hi BB team… I have two questions about protein…

  1. how much protein intake is actually recommended? WHO recommend only a 60g protein intake. Should it be any different for athletes / weight trainers? I know the bodybuilding consensus is 1g per 1lb of BW

  2. Does the protein source matter? For me to hit 130g of protein or more, 30-60g of protein will have to come from protein shake/powders of protein bars as I’m not really a meat eater. Sometimes as much as 50%. Does it matter?
